Be aware that in the work environment there are people who live by the “dog-eat-dog” mentality. It’s just the way it is. Your contributions will not be appreciated even if you miss lunch and dinner or stay up late. Most of the time you get to work too much without getting help from people concerned. Stay away from this, it will ruin your self-esteem. Yes, it’s competitive, be healthy enough to compete, but in a healthy competition that is.
#2: Other People’s Behavior
Bcakstabbers, gossipmongers, whiners, naggers and complainers and so many more of these types of people will ooze bad vibes towards your self esteem, avoid them as much as possible.
#3: Changing Environment
Changes make life difficult for awhile, at times cause you stress, but it will help you find ways to improve your life. Changes are forever happening, so be flexible.
#4: Past Experience
Our past experiences make us who we are today. How we handle those experiences will direct the future of our lives. Treat each failure and mistake as a lesson.

If you watch the news on a regular basis, you most liekly noticed that it’s 99.99% negative. You need to limit how much negativity enters your life. Reducing the amount of negative karma that enters you lefe will increase the positive side.

The way you are and your behavioral traits is said to be a mixed end product of your inherited traits (genetics), your upbringing (psychic), and your environmental surroundings such as your spouse, the company, the economy or your circle of friends. Just because your father might have been a failure doesn’t mean that your destined to follow. Being positive is a choice, if you want to be positive, you have to make that choice.
You have your own identity. If your father is a failure, it doesn’t mean you have to be a failure too. Learn from other people’s experience, so you’ll never have to encounter the same mistakes. Building self esteem and drawing lines for self improvement is a choice, not a rule or a talent.
You’ve heard the saying, “misery loves company”, well it true. No one wants to be miserable by themselves. Throughout live you will find that people will try to drag you down while you’re trying to lift your self-esteem and improving your life.
