1) Try and get up a little early in the morning then our usual time. Even if we do get up half an hour earlier we will realize that we have so much more time to do our work. Start the day by meditating for 15 minutes. This will help us to connect with our inner self and bring in serenity and then we are ready to face the day’s challenges. An exercise schedule is equally important to get rid of our sluggishness. This routine of 20 minutes will work wonders for you. Eating a whole some and hearty breakfast is a necessity as it provides us with the days energy.
2) Keep a to do list so that when we get down to work we can ensure that the work which has to be completed first is done with. We should never procrastinate and put off something for another time or day. This increases our work load. Always work towards the goals we have set for our lives and every small achievement in this direction gives us loads and loads of satisfaction. Dressing up properly is another good spirit lifter. When we look good, we feel better equipped to face the world. When we hold a grudge against someone they own a rent free space in our mind. As soon as we forgive that person that place becomes empty and we feel so light. Apologizing to someone even if it was not your fault is also very endearing and it will lead to lessening the burden on our head.
4) Our attitude towards others, towards work, towards everything should be so positive such that nothing untoward can effect us. Changing our daily habits helps us achieve positive attitude. Our habits can be good or bad. Expecting anything from anyone is a bad habit. Develop good eating habits, good sleeping habits, have a good conversation with your family members, take part in all the small things of your family members life. This all leads to a positive attitude of the mind.
5) Read inspiring stories of great men and women who have achieved all that they had set to achieve by simple means. Learn from them and keep the tips in mind so as to use them as and when needed. The story of the Delaney sisters is really very inspiring.
6) Increase your own happiness by doing whatever pleases your and by keeping some part of the day for your self. Do whatever pleases you and whenever it pleases you.

3. Find a creative outlet. No person alive lives a stress-free existence. 1. Get more sleep. Whether you’re a night owl or early bird, everyone needs at least six hours of sleep every day. If you have to rely on an alarm clock to wake up every morning, you probably aren’t getting enough. To get more, avoid bright lights late at night (such as those from the TV, computer, etc.) before bed, reduce caffeine consumption after noon, and work naps into your schedule when you can. If needed, make up any lost sleep time on the weekends.
2. Eat the rainbow. A healthy, balanced diet is easily achieved if you make sure to eat a rainbow of colors at every meal. It forces you to cook a variety of foods and use ample amounts of fruits and vegetables. It also ensures you get the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals that you need to keep your energy up and your health robust. For example: Red (tomatoes, apples), Orange (orange, pumpkin) Yellow (squash, lemon) Green (spinach, leeks) Purple (beets, kidney beans, eggplant).
3. Focus on now. Worrying about what’s already happened or what might happen later on taxes your brain and only leads to stress. Worse, all that worrying rarely changes a situation or helps you prepare for upcoming challenges. Instead, always try to focus on what you’re doing at the moment, and you’ll soon find yourself much calmer.
4. Get a pet. Having a companion animal is a fantastic stress reducer and (depending on species) can also help you work in more exercise into your day. And an animal’s unconditional love can make up for a lot when things are stressful in other parts of your life.
5. Watch less TV. TV viewing has been shown to lower metabolism, cause mild depression and it obviously can eat up a lot of valuable free time. Decide to watch less TV, and soon you’ll see both your attitude and your productivity improve.
6. Get outside every day. There’s no better mood improver than fresh air and sunshine. Always shoot to spend at least 15 minutes outside each day — even if the weather isn’t ideal, a quick walk around the block can lift your mind and spirit.
